When my wife, Caitlin, became pregnant with our first child, I was compelled to learn everything I could about the optimization of her post-partum training. I never anticipated the rabbit-hole of misinformation and misconceptions I would uncover.
This turned a simple desire to help my wife into a quest to support other moms who are too rarely afforded the aftercare and recovery they need and deserve. Moms spend nine tough months growing a precious new human being, then face societal pressure to “return to normal” and “shed the baby weight” in mere weeks – all while facing new stresses and priorities of parenthood.

My goal as a trainer is to help women add themselves back to life’s priority list and become as strong and confident in their bodies as they are as mothers – all in a safe, fun, positive environment!
